You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains exactly how to make the request, what gets erased, what we must keep, and for how long.
Deleting your Autoreceptive account is permanent. Once processed, you lose access to your vehicle history, predictions, and saved records. If you'd rather keep your data and simply stop being billed, you can downgrade or pause your plan instead — just mention that in your email.
To request that your account and associated data be deleted, send us an email and we'll handle the rest:
Email us from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify it's really you, then permanently delete your data within the timeline below.

To protect you, we'll reply to verify it's really you — usually by confirming details on the account. This stops anyone else from deleting your data.
Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data within the timeline shown below, and email you a confirmation when it's done.
Fleet & business drivers: if your account was created by an employer or fleet operator, that organisation controls the work-vehicle data. We'll delete your personal account, but records tied to company vehicles may need to be removed by your fleet administrator.
When your request is processed, here's exactly what is erased and what we're required to retain for a limited period.
Everything not legally required is deleted promptly. The limited categories we must retain are removed after these periods:

If we can't delete something straight away because the law requires us to keep it (for example, a tax invoice), we restrict its use to that purpose only and delete it as soon as the obligation ends. For full detail on how we handle data, see our Privacy & Data notice.
